Program to View Poser 3D Content??

Does anyone know if there is a program for Mac that you can view your poser content easily? It is such a pain to scroll thru all my content in poser and have to go in a folder to see what is in it and when I go back out of the folder I have to scroll from the top again. Very aggravating.
I found something called P3dO Explorer but it is only for windows.
